Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ledger Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services, including but not limited to Couple Clarity and Revelate (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Ledger Labs, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights.

AI-Powered Features

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Couple Clarity: AI-generated relationship insights are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing serious relationship issues, please consult a licensed professional.
• Revelate: AI-generated spiritual insights and Scripture pairings are tools for reflection and should not replace guidance from qualified religious leaders or personal study.

Payment Terms

Certain features of our Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or making a purchase:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions)
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEDGER LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ledger Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
